House rules
- Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
- Maximum 4 guests. Registered guests only overnight.
- One dog up to 20 lb is welcome, with a $50 pet fee per stay. Please add your dog when you book.
- No smoking or vaping inside, including cannabis.
- No illegal drugs.
- No parties, events or gatherings without our written OK.
- Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM. We love our neighbors.
- Primary guest must be 21 or older.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. 50% of the nightly rate back if you cancel 7 to 13 days before. Within 7 days of check-in the nightly rate isn't refundable, but cleaning and stay insurance always are.
Cleaning fees and taxes are refunded on any cancellation made before check-in. To cancel, use the "Manage or cancel your booking" link in your confirmation email, or find your booking with your confirmation number.
Payment
When you request to book, your card is authorized for the full amount. We confirm requests promptly, usually within a few hours, and only then is your card charged. If we can't host you, the authorization is released automatically. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Stay insurance
Each stay includes a $15 insurance fee for coverage through InsuraGuest, in place of a security deposit. During your stay it protects the home against accidental damage and covers guests for accidental injury and theft of belongings, subject to the policy's terms, limits and deductibles. Anything the policy doesn't cover, including intentional damage, excessive cleaning and rule violations (parties, smoking), remains the guest's responsibility under the rental agreement.
Rental agreement
Every guest accepts our rental agreement when booking. It covers pets, smoking, damage, cleaning, occupancy and post-stay claims.
