By booking this property, the primary guest agrees to comply with this agreement and ensure that all registered occupants and visitors follow the house rules.

1. Pet policy

We welcome responsible pet owners under the following conditions:

  • Only one dog weighing 20 pounds or less is permitted per reservation.

  • Pets are not permitted on beds, sofas, or other furniture unless expressly authorized.
  • Pets must not cause excessive noise or disturb neighbors.
  • Guests are responsible for pet-related damage, stains, odors, excessive shedding, and additional cleaning required beyond standard turnover cleaning.

Unauthorized pets or violations of this policy may result in additional charges or other remedies permitted by applicable law.

Applicable disability accommodation laws, including requirements concerning qualifying service animals, take precedence over ordinary pet restrictions and fees where required by law.

2. No smoking, vaping, or prohibited drug activity

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes:

  • Cigarettes and cigars.

3. Property damage and financial responsibility

Guests must treat the property, furniture, appliances, linens, flooring, and other amenities with care.

The primary guest is responsible, subject to applicable law, for documented damage caused by the guest, registered occupants, visitors, or authorized pets during the reservation, excluding normal wear and tear. Examples include:

  • Broken or damaged furniture, appliances, fixtures, or household items.

  • Damage to walls, flooring, doors, windows, or other property features.
  • Lost keys, access devices, or garage remotes.
  • Pet-related damage.
  • Damage caused by misuse of appliances or amenities.

Guests agree to reimburse the host for reasonable, documented repair or replacement costs, including necessary labor and related expenses, where permitted by law.

Any post-stay claim will be supported by appropriate documentation, such as photographs, invoices, receipts, or repair estimates, when appropriate.

Normal wear and tear is not chargeable as guest-caused damage.

Guests must promptly notify the host of accidental damage or maintenance concerns.

4. Additional cleaning charges

The property is professionally cleaned between reservations. Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and follow the provided checkout instructions.

Additional charges may apply when guest actions result in cleaning beyond the standard turnover service. Examples include:

  • Excessive pet hair or pet waste inside the property.

Any request for a guest to vacate the property will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

8. Post-stay damage claims

After checkout, the host may inspect the property for damage or conditions requiring additional cleaning.

If damage or excessive cleaning attributable to the guest is identified, the host will notify the primary guest and provide reasonable supporting documentation.
